Associate / Senior Associate, Platform Specialist Wealth, Consumer Banking Group

Role Purpose The Wealth Platform Management team is responsible for driving digital transformation, platform enhancements, regulatory compliance, process automation, and customer experience improvements across DBS Wealth Management platforms. The role holder will act as a bridge between Business, Operations, Product, Technology, Compliance, and Vendors to ensure successful delivery of Wealth platform initiatives, enhancements, regulatory changes, and production support activities. Key Responsibilities Platform Management & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end Wealth platform initiatives from requirement gathering through production implementation.
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and release plans.
• Drive Wealth platform enhancements across:
• Investment Products
• Mutual Funds
• Equity & Bonds
• PMS & AIF
• Portfolio Reporting
• RM Platforms
• Digital Wealth Journeys

• Coordinate with Technology teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Business, Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams.
• Conduct requirement workshops and impact assessments.
• Support prioritization of platform enhancements and Book of Work planning.
• Drive stakeholder communication and status reporting.

Wealth Journey Transformation

• Identify opportunities to digitize and simplify customer and RM journeys.
