Job description
About the Role Innovaccer is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition to support full-cycle recruiting for our US-based teams. This is a high-impact sourcing and recruiting role based out of our Noida office, working on the US shift to hire across go-to-market, product, engineering, and corporate functions. You will own end-to-end recruitment for your assigned roles — from building sourcing pipelines and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across the United States, developing a sharp understanding of what great talent looks like for each role and function. This role is an excellent launchpad for a TA professional who wants to recruit in the fast-paced healthcare AI and SaaS space, develop US hiring expertise, and grow into a senior recruiter or talent partner role.
