Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES LP Transfer Administration
- Serve as the primary coordinator for LP transfer requests across Ares-managed funds.
- Act as the central point of contact for transferring investors, transferees, fund administrators, legal counsel, tax, fund accounting, and internal stakeholders.
- Receive, review, and log incoming transfer requests.
