About the Role

This role is a specialised Non-Financial Risk position focused on the FX business, providing deep subject matter expertise across products, business activities, risk themes and control environments. The role supports the effective management of non-financial risk in alignment with enterprise risk management standards and regulatory expectations, while helping strengthen governance, reporting and risk structures across the business.

Working closely with the broader Markets NFR team and business stakeholders, the role is expected to support the global FX business by providing expert advice, credible challenge and specialist input on risk matters, governance outcomes and control uplift initiatives. It acts as a trusted SME for complex issues and emerging risks, bringing practical and data-driven insight to support informed decision-making and a strong risk culture.
