Atlassian Platform Administrator

About the team The Atlassian Platform Administrator, Desktop Systems P4, is a senior technical administrator responsible for the reliable, secure, scalable operation and evolution of Zillow’s Atlassian platform. The role owns complex administration and configuration across Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Loom, and related Atlassian capabilities; partners with engineering, product, identity, security, and business teams; and turns operational needs into governed, reusable platform patterns.

This role is suited for an experienced administrator who can independently lead complex work, balance production support with platform improvement, and provide technical guidance to peers and stakeholders. They combine deep Atlassian Cloud expertise with strong judgment in automation, identity and access management, integrations, licensing, and governance.
