About this Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced consulting leader to join Ericsson’s Global Consulting organization, within the Network and BSS/OSS Transformation Consulting practice. This role requires a respected industry professional with deep expertise in Autonomous Networking as defined by TM Forum, 3GPP, and core AN foundational capabilities. You think from the client’s perspective, thrive on solving complex problems, and excel at winning and delivering consulting projects. You are confident, insightful, and capable of guiding clients through difficult decisions. Beyond strong technical skills, you can model business value, redesign telecom operational processes, and quantify the impact of automation and autonomy. You lead teams on new, unsolved problems tackling network-scale challenges. You have delivered significant OSS/BSS transformation programs as the delivery lead and are confident in leading complex transformations. Clients trust you, remember you, and rely on your vendor‑agnostic guidance.
