Baan Functional Consultant (Open) - Bangalore | 4 to 7 Years Johnson Controls helps create smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, and this role supports the ERP platforms that keep business operations running smoothly. As a Baan Functional Consultant, you will help business users and support teams maintain stable ERP processes, resolve functional issues, and improve the day-to-day experience across Baan IV and ERP LN environments.

Role Overview We are looking for a Baan Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in ERP functional support and user issue resolution. In this role, you will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to analyze issues, support production operations, validate process changes, and help ensure reliable ERP performance across the Baan landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Baan IV, ERP LN FP3, and LN 10.4 ERP applications.
• Analyze user incidents, identify functional gaps, and support timely resolution with the right teams.
• Work with business users to clarify process issues, reproduce problems, and confirm expected outcomes.
• Support production issues, change activities, and functional testing for ERP process updates.
• Coordinate with technical teams on fixes, enhancements, and interface-related issues.
• Validate data and process integrity across ERP transactions and support root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Document resolutions, process notes, and functional changes clearly for continuity and knowledge sharing.
