Backend Developer

Job Description Support engineering in designing, developing, and delivering secure, scalable backend solutions using JavaScript and Node.js. The role combines hands-on development, distributed microservices architecture, cloud engineering across Azure and AWS, database expertise, technical guidance, and stakeholder collaboration to enable reliable and efficient software delivery.

• JavaScript and Node.js: Strong hands-on expertise in building, debugging, testing, and maintaining production-grade backend applications and services.

• Distributed microservices architecture: Experience designing scalable, resilient, loosely coupled services, including synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns.

• API engineering: Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API design, versioning, validation, error handling, authentication, authorization, and secure integration practices.

• MongoDB and Cosmos DB: Practical experience with data modelling, indexing, query optimization, partitioning, performance tuning, and operational troubleshooting.
