Background Verification Specialist / BGV - UK Europe & South Africa

The Background Verification Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end pre-employment screening and background verification activities for candidates across the UK, Europe, and Rest of World (ROW) geographies. The incumbent will ensure timely completion of background checks, regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, vendor governance, and resolution of verification discrepancies while maintaining excellent candidate experience.

The role requires close collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compliance, Legal, Hiring Managers, and external screening vendors to ensure all hires meet organizational and client-specific onboarding requirements. Key Responsibilities Background Verification Operations
