We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller – PHE & Fire Fighting to develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models for Public Health Engineering and Fire Protection systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM models
• Coordinate PHE & Fire models with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, ELV and Interior disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project requirements, and client standards.
• Works under general supervision.
