Job Description – Branch Logistics Manager (BLM) Company: Bajaj Electricals Limited Function: Logistics / Supply Chain Reporting To: Zonal Logistics Manager Location: Gurugram (BWH/CWH) Role Type: Individual Contributor / People Manager (based on branch size)
Job Purpose The Branch Logistics Manager (BLM) is responsible for end-to-end warehouse and branch logistics operations, ensuring service excellence, cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational discipline. The role involves managing CFA operations, driving SLA adherence, implementing lean practices, and ensuring best-in-class warehouse and transportation performance. This role directly contributes to OTIF delivery, inventory hygiene, cost control, and customer satisfaction in line with company logistics policies.
Key Responsibilities 1. CFA & Branch Operations Management
- Manage CFA/3PL operations ensuring adherence to SLAs on order
processing, dispatch, and delivery
- Drive service levels (OTIF) across distributors,
dealers, and alternate channels
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch planning for
all sales channels
2. Inbound & Outbound Logistics
- Oversee GRN, inward processing, and discrepancy resolution
