Engagement Leadership Common functional requirements ● Deep, hands-on Commercial Lending business knowledge is essential for every role; Structured Lending experience is a strong plus. ● A working understanding of Murex (the capital-markets / derivatives platform) is expected across the team; ACBS and LoanIQ product knowledge is desirable. ● At least one to two consultants must additionally understand the secondary market for commercial loans / deals and the capital-market functions around them (syndication, participations, secondary trading) — carried here by the Senior BA / Engagement Lead and the Call Accounts / Deposits / Structured role.
