We are seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry who can effectively bridge business and technology teams, drive requirement clarity, and contribute to successful product delivery. Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals, including requirement gathering, user story creation, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience creating and maintaining requirement artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, workflow diagrams, mockups, and functional specifications.
- Basic technical knowledge of SQL, APIs, application logs, system integrations, and related technology concepts to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
- Practical experience using AI-powered tools to support documentation, research, analysis, and productivity improvements.
