Job description: PC1 to PC2 - Analyst Associate/ Sr. Associate Business Systems Analyst Training will be for the first 4-6 weeks Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm EST (7am-4pm CST) with mandatory attendance to ensure you receive the best support and education to prepare you for your new role. Role Overview
- Perform activities in support of business process improvements, risk reduction or cost savings initiatives, best practice identification, etc.
- Identify efficiencies and value-added solutions that could affect multiple lines of business and departments; analyzes possibilities, capabilities, and constraints; and recommend alternative business solutions.
- Provide daily and ad hoc customer support and develops documentation.
