Campus Manager – Integrated Facilities Management

Job Summary The Campus Manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery of integrated facilities management services across the assigned campus. The role requires a strong engineering and operational background to oversee MEP systems, preventive maintenance programs, soft services, vendor management, statutory compliance, and customer experience. The Campus Manager will ensure efficient operations, high service standards, asset reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering and workplace services. Key Responsibilities Engineering & MEP Operations

• Manage end-to-end operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the campus.
• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, DG sets, UPS, transformers, plumbing systems, water treatment systems, and fire & life safety systems.
