Job description
Job Summary We are looking for an Assistant Business Head (ABH) to drive the overall business and operational performance of our EdTech Tuition Centre. The role involves ownership of centre revenue, student enrolments, sales performance, team management, academic coordination, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Business & Revenue Ownership
- Own the overall business performance of the assigned Tuition Centre.
- Drive student enrolments, revenue generation, and achievement of monthly/annual targets.
- Monitor daily sales and enrolment performance and take corrective actions to address gaps.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and improve centre profitability.
2. Sales & Admissions
- Drive the complete student admission funnel, from lead generation to conversion.
- Monitor counsellor performance and ensure effective follow-up on leads.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion and enrolment numbers.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and offerings in the local market.
3. Team Management
- Manage and guide the centre team, including counsellors and other operational staff.
