Job Description – Channel Campaign Strategy Manager (Sales Channels – Agency, Banca, DM) Designation – Chief Manager/Assistant Vice President – Campaign Strategy Location: Role based in Head Office. Requires travelling every month to various branches across the country Key Responsibilities: · Sales Channel Campaign Strategy & Execution: o Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution across Agency, Banca, and Direct Marketing channels o Develop data-driven, high-impact sales campaigns to drive cross-sell, upsell, and new business growth o Align campaigns with frontline sales team objectives, ensuring seamless execution at branch and field levels · Performance Analytics & ROI Optimization: o Launch campaigns and track campaign effectiveness using sales data, customer responses, and channel feedback o Implement A/B testing, segment-based targeting, and performance-based refinements to improve conversion rates o Regularly review campaign KPIs and suggest enhancements for maximum impact · Stakeholder & Channel Partner Collaboration: o Work closely with frontline sales teams, regional heads, and branch leaders to ensure campaign adoption o Engage with product, marketing, and digital teams to design compelling sales enablement strategies o Coordinate with training and sales effectiveness teams to ensure campaign readiness across channels · Process Optimization & Campaign Automation: o Leverage automation tools and CRM systems to streamline campaign execution o Design SOPs for campaign rollouts, tracking mechanisms, and feedback loops o Implement best practices for campaign scalability and efficiency across physical sales touchpoints Experience Required: 5-7 years in life insurance sales with a strong focus on frontline sales campaign management Key Skills · Sales Channel Expertise:
