SECTION1: MAIN DUTIES Strategic
- Develops new concepts to achieve organizational objectives in engineering operation, maintenance, renovation & expansion activities.
- Defines guidelines and standards for operation, maintenance, renovation, expansion to achieve quality standards in order to maintain an edge over other properties.
- Identifies &recommends latest technologies & products.
Systems/Operations
- Ensures Guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources. Lead role in implementation of PM programs, energyconservation programs, Healthsafety & environmental issues.
- Effectively implement systems & procedures that ensure safetyof visitors, employees, plant, machinery and property.
- Ensures reliable, quality, efficient andcost effective engineering services to allthe customers including internal & external.
- Liaise withgovernment agencies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Forecasting & Control on spares, Manpower & Material Planning, Co-ordination with accounts for cam calculation and billing to the licensees.
- Energy Conservation & Engineering Budget.
- Optimizes savings in energy expenses by implementing energyconservation programs.
- Monitors HLP consumption on a dailybasis.
- Ensures PM schedules implementations.
- Monitors R&Mexpenses on a regular basis.
