In this role, you will support Claims Operations across Asia-Pacific by overseeing outsourced transactional services and ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and delivery.
About the Role
As a Claims Analyst, you will build strong connect with our Market Units, onshore Claims Handlers, and outsourced service providers. You will support the efficient administration and adjudication of low-touch property and casualty claims while strengthening governance, data quality, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder service across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and adjudicate Low touch Claim Files accurately and efficiently.
- Act as a primary point of Contact for all internal and external stakeholders on Claims Operations requirements
- Ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements across Asia & Pacific markets
- Manage Claims governance and ensure adherence to KPIs with outsource partners as well as internally
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate data and reporting
