Client Reporting - Associate

Shape the client experience by delivering accurate reporting and driving process improvements that strengthen service outcomes and controls. As a Global Client Reporting Associate in the Global Client Reporting team, you oversee manual client reporting across multiple traditional asset groups and support transformation initiatives. You ensure reporting requests are understood, completed accurately, and delivered on time while building strong product and domain knowledge. You partner with local and global teams to improve processes, enhance controls, and escalate issues appropriately to support consistent client servicing. Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery for manual reporting requests, ensuring requirements are understood and outputs meet accuracy and timeliness expectations
• Complete ad hoc and custom client reports and other assigned tasks to support business needs
• Drive strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, transformation execution, and control enhancement across the reporting function
• Build domain expertise by understanding the figures being reported and strengthening product knowledge across assigned asset groups
• Escalate issues and concerns to senior management as needed, supporting resolution while managing expectations across stakeholders
• Prepare management information reporting and internal reporting packs as assigned
