The Client Services team, part of the Yahoo Sales organization, serves as a strategic partner and primary operational anchor for sales teams and advertising clients across managed, self-serve (MCC), and platform tiers. Spanning NAR, APAC, and EMEA, our team steers every stage of the programmatic campaign lifecycle while building enduring client relationships and consistently delivering against performance KPIs. As resident experts on the Yahoo Demand Side Platform (DSP), we drive measurable outcomes, embrace rapid technological innovation, and leverage modern digital workflows to exceed advertiser expectations globally.

About the Role

We are seeking an analytical, proactive Client Services Senior Associate to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, the Client Services Lead, and cross-functional teams to manage, optimize, and expand key programmatic accounts on the Yahoo DSP. You will blend hands-on platform expertise with strategic client advisory—delivering actionable insights, running campaign troubleshooting, and conducting platform enablement sessions. We operate in an evolving, AI-augmented digital advertising environment; you will actively champion continuous learning, applying modern AI-powered analytics and automated tooling to elevate campaign performance, accelerate reporting workflows, and deliver impactful client solutions.

Location & Shift Schedule: This role is based out of Yahoo’s Bangalore, India this role operates on the EMEA shift to provide direct operational coverage and real-time collaboration with European stakeholders, sales teams, and advertising clients.
