Cluster Sales Manager-Banca

To establish the Cooperative Bank channel in Ahmedabad and develop a sustainable business pipeline, approval is sought for one dedicated CSM based in Ahmedabad. The resource will identify high-potential Cooperative Bank partners, lead tie-up discussions, activate branches, support frontline teams, and drive ongoing business generation across Ahmedabad and nearby markets.

• Identify and onboard Cooperative Banks with suitable business potential.
• Manage discussions with bank leadership and coordinate completion of tie-up requirements.
• Drive branch activation through product training, engagement activities, and joint business planning.
• Build and monitor the sales pipeline, conversions, and productivity across activated branches.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, finance, and other support functions for smooth partner servicing.
• Track performance, provide periodic management updates, and implement corrective actions where required.
