To strengthen Bancassurance coverage and accelerate business growth across Nagpur and adjoining markets.• Nagpur is a key commercial centre with significant banking reach and business potential across the city and surrounding districts.

• A dedicated CSM is required to provide focused ownership of partner relationships, branch engagement, sales activation, and regular business follow-up.
• The additional resource will improve market coverage, strengthen partner servicing, and support consistent business generation from mapped branches.
• Dedicated local presence will enable faster issue resolution, closer performance monitoring, and stronger coordination with internal stakeholders.

• Manage assigned bank partners and develop productive relationships with regional, cluster, and branch-level stakeholders.
• Drive branch activation through product training, sales support, engagement activities, and joint business planning.
• Build and monitor the business pipeline, conversions, productivity, and achievement against agreed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective banking relationships across the Nagpur area.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, finance, and other support functions to ensure smooth partner and customer servicing.
• Provide periodic performance updates, address business gaps, and implement corrective actions where required.
