Job description
The Cluster Sales Manager – Banca will be responsible for expanding USGI Legal Entity's bancassurance footprint within the CG Banca channel. You will oversee a team of four Relationship Managers, cultivate and grow business with Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank and KBL branches, and maintain strategic partnerships with bank zones and branches to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the CG Banca channel to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of four Relationship Managers to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Manage and deepen relationships with Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, and KBL branch networks.
- Coordinate with bank zones and branch heads to align product offerings and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting bancassurance.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities and drive product penetration across all assigned banks.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with bank partners to secure favorable distribution arrangements.
