Communication Specialist

Summary: This role is a part of learning and reskilling initiatives across Hong Kong and other AME markets. As these programmes continue to grow, there is a need for a dedicated Communications Specialist to drive stakeholder communications, learner engagement and programme adoption across multiple learning journeys. The Communications Specialist will develop and execute communication strategies, engagement plans and communication campaigns that support candidates, leaders, hiring managers and other stakeholders involved in learning and reskilling journeys. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery and will work closely with Heads of Learning, programme stakeholders and communications teams to ensure clear, consistent and effective communications across markets. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting the successful rollout and adoption of learning and reskilling initiatives across multiple markets. Working closely with:

• Heads of Learning across Hong Kong and AME

• Programme and Journey Leads

• Communications teams

• HR and Talent stakeholders

• Business leaders supporting learning and reskilling initiatives

Contract Details: Full-Time, 6‑month contract, Open to extension
