Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage statutory compliances relating to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, GST, and other applicable regulations.
- Reconcile payroll and statutory data to identify discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance registers, challans, returns, certificates, and supporting documentation.
