Compliance Lead

Role: Compliance Lead Location: Hosur Reporting to: Head – Talent Partnering & IR TeamName: People Operations & Strategy (POPS) About the Team and the Role The People Operations & Strategy (POPS) team at Ather is responsible for building a long-term affiliation of talent using a mix of the best work content, cash, benefits, and long-term incentives. This team focuses on delivering an incredible experience for every team member by driving process excellence, culture building, and high-impact people initiatives. This role is for a Compliance Lead who will ensure that the organization remains fully compliant with all state and central labor laws, statutory regulations, and licensing requirements across our PAN India footprint. You will act as an internal consultant for statutory matters, develop a robust compliance management system, manage inspections, and represent the organization in liaising with regulatory authorities. Responsibilities

• Statutory Compliance: Ensure total organization-wide compliance with all state and central labor laws and statutory regulations across PAN India locations.

• Internal Consultation: Act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert for all statutory and labor-related compliance matters, including the planning and implementation of new wage code provisions.
