Your work profile
As a Consultant in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:
- Support HR transformation projects across process design, employee experience, and HR technology.
- Conduct research and analysis to generate insights and client-ready deliverables.
- Execute assigned workstreams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Track project progress, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
- Contribute to proposals, reports, presentations, and internal knowledge initiatives.
- Deliver day-to-day project activities under guidance of the Deloitte Human Capital leadership team.
