Consultant, Digitization Program
Role Summary
The Consultant within the Digitization Program will support the design, delivery, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of document digitization and automation solutions. The role will work closely with Operations, Technology, Product, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into effective digitization solutions, support testing and implementation, and ensure solutions are successfully transitioned into production. The individual will develop strong functional knowledge of business processes while contributing to the adoption of intelligent document processing, automation, AI/ML, and Generative AI capabilities.
