JOB SUMMARY

At OpenGov, finding the right people to drive revenue and deliver for our customers starts with a great sourcing engine. As a Contract Recruiter focused on GTM, you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates pursuing Sales and Professional Services roles in India — building pipelines, sparking conversations, and qualifying talent before passing it to the recruiting team. You will also support other functions like Engineering, Product, and Security when needed, while keeping the primary focus on GTM hiring. Based in Pune on a 6-month contract, you’ll partner closely with our TAs to keep hiring moving fast, especially during high-volume hiring drives where interview coordination becomes just as critical as the outreach itself.
