Job description
The SSP Contract Specialist is responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle for Verisk supplier engagements, from ServiceNow intake through drafting, negotiation support, routing for review, execution, and repository storage. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to apply SSP contract playbooks, and the capability to coordinate with internal partners across Legal, Privacy, Security, Insurance, Compliance, and business stakeholders. This position is partially remote and requires strong independence, reliability, and clear communication, given the distributed nature of the SSP team and our global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Contract Intake & Validation (ServiceNow SSP Queue)
- Review and validate incoming SSP contract requests submitted in ServiceNow.
- Confirm request type (NDA, MSA, LA, SOW, Amendment) and ensure all required information is provided.
- Communicate with requesters to obtain and clarify missing details or correct ticket entries prior to drafting.
