Required Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Communications / Internal Communications / Employer Branding.

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

• Good understanding of corporate communication and branding principles.

• Hands-on knowledge of graphic designing and visual communication.

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools.

Note: This will in Off Roll/Third party payroll.

Key Responsibilities:-

We are looking for an experienced and creative Corporate Communications professional to manage and strengthen the organization's internal and external communication initiatives.

• Create and manage communication content for employees, leadership, stakeholders, and other external audiences.

• Draft corporate announcements, newsletters, leadership messages, presentations, articles, newsletters, circulars, and employee communications.

• Manage internal communication channels such as emailers, newsletters, intranet, employee engagement platforms, and digital communication channels.
