COTS Product Business Architecture

Lead business consulting, solution definition, proposal development, and functional architecture for Sapiens-led engagements. Serve as the primary functional SME during pursuit, pre-sales, implementation, and delivery phases.

• 12–18 years in Insurance Technology and Core Insurance Platform implementations
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sapiens products (CoreSuite, IDIT, TIA Enterprise, Reinsurance, Digital Solutions, etc.)
• Deep domain expertise in either:
• Life & Annuities, or
• Property & Casualty Insurance

• Experience leading large transformation programs and client advisory engagements

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & Pre-Sales

o Lead discovery workshops with insurers and business stakeholders. o Understand client operating models, business processes, and transformation objectives. o Act as trusted advisor to business executives and underwriting, policy administration, claims, and operations leaders. o Support GTM initiatives, account planning, and Sapiens partnership growth.

• Solutioning & Proposal Support

o Lead RFP/RFI responses. o Define target business architecture and solution approach. o Create effort estimations and functional work breakdown structures. o Develop implementation roadmaps and transformation strategies. o Contribute to commercial models and statement of work creation.
