Creative Strategist

What you’ll do

The Creative Shared Service is part of SMC (Eaton Sales and Marketing Centre) in Pune, India. We are seeking a visionary Creative Strategist who combines the skills of a Creative Director, Storyboard Artist, and AI Innovation Leader to shape the future of customer experiences, brand storytelling, and content creation. This role will lead the strategic integration of AI into creative processes while developing compelling narratives, visual concepts, and immersive experiences that elevate brand engagement. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of creative leadership, storytelling expertise, visual communication skills, and deep understanding of Generative AI technologies. They will transform ideas into compelling visual narratives, develop storyboards for digital and physical experiences, and guide multidisciplinary teams in creating innovative AI-powered content and experiences.

AI Strategy & Creative Innovation

• Develop and execute AI-driven creative strategies aligned with business objectives by identifying and leveraging Generative AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance creativity and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate, implement, and scale AI tools across content, design, visualization, video, and customer experience initiatives while establishing best practices, governance frameworks, and creative standards.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, copyright requirements, data privacy regulations, and intellectual property considerations.
