Roles and Responsibilities
- Understanding the Credit
Policy and Risk Management
- Team Management with proper
control on quality under writing
- Underwriting of the loans
Proposals as per credit policy. Escalate proposals as per Deviation and Delegation Authority.
- Policy & Process
Adherence and Audit compliance
- Training on credit
policies/norms
- Portfolio Analysis and Hind
sighting
- Collaboration with other
verticals and departments
- Periodic MIS
- Maintaining excellent quality
of book with lowest delinquency.
- Regular customer and market
visit to know about the market behavior.
Skills Required
- Understanding the credit
analysis of finance loans Business
- Knowledge about various Asset
Classes and should be able to analyze the viability of the Asset.
- Knowledge on Assessment of
income (with or without financials)
- Knowledge about policies and
processes of CPC
Experience: 5-10 Years Education Requirements: MBA with an aggregate of at least 60% (with no arrears)
