Summary: Accenture is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide AMS and production support for Red Lion Crimson-based HMI and Industrial Communication Systems, including Crimson 3.0, Crimson 3.1, and Crimson 3.2. The role involves supporting HMI applications, industrial communication protocols, controller integrations, and data acquisition solutions used in manufacturing and industrial environments.

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support for Crimson HMI applications and industrial communication systems. Troubleshoot HMI, controller, and device communication issues. Support configuration, maintenance, and deployment of Crimson applications. Diagnose protocol, connectivity, and data acquisition issues. Perform minor enhancements, configuration updates, and application changes. Support system upgrades, patching, and testing activities. Coordinate with plant operations, OT, engineering, and automation teams. Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories. Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, and ITIL support processes.
