Workday Studio Developer (Integration) Workday Integration Studio Developer designs, builds, and supports complex integrations between Workday and other internal or third-party systems using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST). This role is crucial in ensuring seamless data flow across HR, payroll, finance, and business systems.

Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio. Design and maintain EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Core Connector integrations. Leverage Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST) and Workday Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) for system communications. Build and manage calculated fields, custom reports, and transformation logic for inbound/outbound integrations. Partner with functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis of integration failures. Ensure all integrations meet security, performance, and compliance standards. Support data migration and conversion efforts during Workday implementations or updates. Maintain proper documentation of integration flows, data mappings, and system dependencies.
