Experience 7–12+ years of overall IT experience, with 4–8+ years of hands-on experience in IFS and enterprise integration. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced IFS Cloud Integration Technical Lead to design, develop, and support integrations between IFS Cloud / IFS Applications and enterprise applications. The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable integration solutions and should have strong hands-on expertise in IFS Cloud, IFS Connect, APIs, middleware, databases, and event-driven architecture. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support integrations between IFS Cloud and external enterprise applications. Develop and configure integrations using IFS Connect, REST APIs, OData, Application Messages, Events, and middleware platforms. Develop and maintain IFS Projections and APIs for integration and external system consumption. Configure Custom Events and Actions, Routing Rules, and Workflow Designs in IFS Cloud. Use Developer Studio for IFS Cloud development, configuration, and customization. Utilize API Explorer to understand, test, and validate IFS APIs and projections. Design synchronous and asynchronous integrations using event-driven architecture. Implement message transformation, routing, validation, error handling, retry mechanisms, and monitoring. Develop and consume APIs using REST, OData, JSON, and XML. Implement secure API integrations using OAuth2 and related authentication mechanisms. Develop and troubleshoot PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and SQL queries using Oracle Database. Perform end-to-end troubleshooting across IFS Cloud, middleware, databases, and external applications. Prepare technical designs, interface specifications, data mappings, and integration architecture documents. Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, middleware teams, and external application teams. Support SIT, UAT, deployment, production support, and integration issue resolution. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, estimation, technical planning, and mentoring to integration developers. Experience in asset-intensive, manufacturing, energy, or similar industries will be an advantage. Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enterprise integration architecture knowledge, hands-on IFS Cloud expertise, good communication and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to independently own integrations from requirement analysis through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant IFS certifications or technical training would be an advantage.
