1. 7 to 9 years experience in ITSM, CMDB, TNI or HAM and/or ITOM development and support projects 2. Experience in ATF, ITSM, CMDB, Manual Testing, ETL, Integrations Hub, TNI, HAM, ITOM, Workspace, Flow Designer and/or Change Management 3. Experience in working in ServiceNow projects with indepth knowledge and hands-on 4. Good in client and people management 5. Good communication skills 6. Good experience in automation and driving automation initiatives
