Job description
Job Responsibilities
- To collect and submit monthly data as per JCI/NABH.
- To coordinate with all the departments like purchase, IT, Housekeeping and Engineering for smooth functioning of reception/OPD’s.
- To maintain minimum staff at all times to cater to all Front Office/OPD counters by proper shift schedule management/leave management.
- Relieve staff for training as and when conducted and ensure staff undergoes 50 Hrs of training in a year as per JCI/NABH.
- To maintain stationary stock at all times as per JCI/NABH.
- To check staff is in Hospital uniform and maintains discipline.
- To ensure minimum waiting time for admission by proper bed management/allotment.
- To ensure credit bills are submitted by staff regularly.
- To supervise all discharge procedures from emergency, happen as per protocol
- To actively participate in all quality and patient safety improvement activities across the organization
- To participate comprehensively in all quality program
