About the role

Haleon is seeking an exceptional Head of Legal Digital & Technology to shape and lead the future of Legal technology globally. This is a critical enterprise leadership role, acting as the single senior interface between Legal and Digital & Technology. Accountable for end-to-end technology leadership, you will partner directly with the General Counsel and Legal Leadership Team to define the vision, set the strategy and deliver meaningful transformation across a complex, global Legal landscape. Legal sits at the heart of Haleon’s performance — touching every part of the organisation, enabling decision‑making, ensuring regulatory confidence and managing risk. The technology underpinning this function must evolve rapidly. This role exists to make that happen. The role is highly transformative and presents a unique opportunity for a leader to have an enterprise-wide impact in a growing organisation.
