Roles & Responsibilities : This role leads the engineering teams that build and deliver the Service Line's client engagements across data foundations and AI/GenAI solutions. A hands-on delivery leader accountable for people, commercials, client engagements, quality, cost, and delivery metrics. Key responsibilities Engineering delivery leadership

• Lead the engineering teams — data engineering and AI/GenAI solution development.

• Own end-to-end delivery across the engagement lifecycle: Planning, execution, deployment, and transition to Managed Ops.

• Direct delivery through project managers and technical leads; set delivery methods, cadences, and governance.

• Ensure architectural and engineering decisions align with CoE standards and reference architectures

Business & commercials

• Track and own revenue realization, EBIT, and deployment efficiency

• Manage profitable delivery: Resource pyramid and productivity measures
