Data Analytics & Management - Team Leader

Purpose of Role: The Data & Artificial Intelligence (DART) Team is responsible for providing business and technology solutions for our Finance business partners. The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting the implementation of regulatory reporting changes across global regulatory reporting platforms. The role serves as a key liaison between Regulatory Reporting teams, Technology, Data Management, and Business stakeholders to ensure new regulatory requirements, reporting enhancements, data sourcing changes, and process improvements are implemented accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Change Analysis

• Analyze new and amended regulatory/ statutory reporting requirements and assess business, data, and system impacts.
• Interpret regulatory instructions and translate them into business and functional requirements.
• Partner with Regulatory Reporting SMEs to document reporting obligations and reporting logic.
• Assess impacts of new products, acquisitions, regulatory changes, and remediation initiatives on existing reports.
