Background Alfa Laval is on an ambitious digital transformation journey. As part of this, we have established a global organization working across the full Alfa Laval landscape to accelerate and strengthen our commercial solutions - ultimately driving greater customer and business value. We are scaling our ways of working based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with a strong focus on end-to-end value streams. Within our Sales & Service value stream, we are now looking for a highly experienced Scrum Master to join our Data & Analytics domain. This area is business critical and rapidly evolving, enabling data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics capabilities across markets and functions. To succeed, we take a customer-centric, “outside-in” approach - ensuring that what we build creates tangible impact for both customers and the business.
