Job Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

• Enable data-driven decision-making through scalable and business-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into clear KPIs, metrics, and visual insights.
• Drive adoption of analytics through strong data storytelling, usability, and reporting standards.
• Deliver trusted, performant, and governed visualization solutions aligned with business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Visualization & Reporting

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Create clear, intuitive, and impactful visualizations that communicate trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Optimize dashboards for usability, performance, and adoption using best practices in layout, navigation, and DAX.

Business Partnership & Storytelling · Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into reporting solutions. · Define KPIs and metrics and present insights in a clear, actionable, and audience-appropriate way. · Support users through training, adoption activities, and continuous dashboard improvement. Data Integration, Governance & Standards · Work with data from SQL, Databricks, SharePoint, Excel, and other enterprise sources. · Use Power BI Dataflows, semantic models, and DirectQuery/Import approaches where appropriate. · Ensure data quality, documentation, consistency, access control, and adherence to reporting standards.
