Summary: As a Deployment Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the Deployment Lead by coordinating various deployment activities. This includes organizing work plans, managing schedules, overseeing budgeting efforts, tracking key performance metrics, facilitating training sessions, conducting pilot programs, and ensuring the availability and allocation of necessary resources. The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the deployment lifecycle.

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deployment strategies with organizational goals.
• Monitor deployment progress and proactively identify risks and mitigation plans.
