Job Description Summary This role focuses on aviation fabrication and process engineering for tubes, ducts, and sheet metal parts. It involves supporting manufacturing, Process, quality review, process development, , and defect resolution while ensuring compliance with GE/RR specifications, safety, and environmental standards

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:
- Shall have experience in non-traditional material removal process. Capable of validating and ensuring NM process compliance for RR, GE requirements.
- Shall have experience in assembly process. Capable of establishing different riveting process and insulation assembly.
- Shall have experience in 2D and 5-Axis Laser cutting process.
- SQA reviewer, and flat pattern development according to press output
- Drafting & Creation of part specific MOS’s
- Shall have experience in drawing evaluation and providing inputs essential for process establishment
- Ability to analyse defects, identify root causes and provide efficient solution and implement CAAP.
