Deputy General Manager - Architect

#LI-DNI The Architect – Residential is responsible for supporting architectural design and execution of residential projects. The role ensures customer-centric layouts, statutory compliance, coordination with consultants, and timely delivery of drawings and design solutions aligned with project objectives. SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial/ Functional Perspective ? Support cost optimization through efficient residential design solutions ? Minimize design-related errors and rework ? Assist in value engineering exercises ? Contribute to cost-effective design delivery

Customer Perspective ? Support delivery of high-quality and customer-centric residential design outputs ? Coordinate with internal stakeholders and consultants ? Assist in responding to client and authority queries ? Maintain professional communication with stakeholders

Internal Process Perspective ? Prepare and develop concept and detailed design drawings for residential projects ? Coordinate with structural, MEP and landscape consultants ? Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations ? Support statutory approval processes ? Assist in constructability and value engineering reviews ? Resolve design-related issues during execution ? Maintain design documentation and version control
