Role Overview
- The role includes:
- Domain strategy and planning across all group businesses (not
limited to a single domain).
- Exposure to family office work (as a future scope).
- Interaction with CXOs and promoter family members.
- Analytical work, including financial modeling and business
evaluation.
- Supporting CXO interviews and preparatory work.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 10 - 15 years.
- Education: Preference for candidates
from tier-one institutes (IIMs/IITs).
- Background:
- Preferably engineering + MBA.
- Experience in auto sector preferred, but open to other industries.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capability.
- Understanding of financial metrics (PE, ROCE, profitability).
- Exposure to AI/automation tools (good to have).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage CXO-level interactions and sensitive data.
- Personality Fit:
- Simple, humble, and hardworking.
- Ability to influence without authority and handle multiple
stakeholders.
