Deputy Manager - API QC

Manage and review routine QC analysis of Raw Materials, Intermediates, APIs, Stability Samples, and Finished Products.Lead and handle QMS activities including OOS, OOT, Deviations, Investigations, CAPA, Change Control, and Risk Assessments.Prepare, review, and approve SOPs, Specifications, STPs, Analytical Methods, and QC documentation.Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, Data Integrity, ALCOA+, and regulatory requirements.Support method validation, method verification, method transfer, and analytical troubleshooting activities.Coordinate and support regulatory, customer, and internal audits.Ensure timely completion of laboratory investigations and implementation of corrective actions.Review analytical data and ensure timely release of materials and products.Provide training and guidance to QC team members on GMP, QMS, and laboratory practices.Utilize SAP and other systems for documentation, tracking, and laboratory management.
